FEBRUARY 25, 2022 I 8:30 A.M.-4:30 P.M. NORDENBERG LECTURE I 2-3:30 P.M.

Livestreaming will begin at 8 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2022. You can attend through this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuP9vF-3-g0&ab_channel=UniversityofPittsburghSchoolofLaw

Abortion rights are more fragile than they have been in decades. States are passing increasingly strict and creative abortion bans right as the Supreme Court reconsiders the scope and existence of the constitutional right to abortion. At the same time, the nature of abortion care is changing, and
the COVID-19 pandemic has catalyzed a radical shift in how medication abortion is accessed. This conference will consider the future of both abortion rights and abortion access at this critical juncture. Professor Melissa Murray will provide the Mark A. Nordenberg Lecture in Law, Medicine, and Psychiatry as

the conference keynote and will be joined by leading national scholars on abortion rights and reproductive justice.

Registering for this event means that you agree to abide by norms of civil and respectful discourse. Profanity, hate speech, personal attacks, or other offensive conduct will not be tolerated. At all times, the event facilitators reserve the right to remove anyone from the webinar who violates these norms.
